Next Monday, give yourself something to brag to the boss about by joining us for brunch Saturday as we drink, dine, and network our way into the weekend at the new Tavern On 2 on 2nd street.
Not a few booths, not the bar, not the patio, but the whole restaurant will be closed to the public and open to our club only until 1 p.m.
USC alumni-owned Tavern On 2 is the newest gastropub to be at on popular 2nd street, and once you taste their gourmet burgers, specialty beer, and strawberry champagne, you’ll know why LBC’ers are waiting hours at a time to get a table.
They are donating 15% of group’s total bill to our scholarship fund. AND they’re also donating 2 pairs of Lakers tickets, each pair valued at $200, for our raffle.
Finally, on top of the full, regular menu, they will also offer the special burger+beer pairing menu for $18:
- Cardinal and Gold: Sunny Side Up Breakfast Burger and choice of Rebello Charlotte Strawberry Sparkling, Imperial Palace French Champagne or Mimosa
- UCLA and ND Beatdown: Black & Blue Burger or Short Rib Burger and choice of Stone Ruination I.P.A. or Allagash Black Belgian Style Stout
- El Presidente–not just any Presidente, but USCLBC Presidente! (Still in the dark? Ask her Saturday.): Cuban Panino and glass of He’brew Bitter Sweet Lenny’s R.I.P.A. made with Rye
